He was featured as a guest on Johnny Carson’s The Tonight Show more than any other guest (some 50? appearances). His appearances led Johnny to do his bit whereby Johhny would put on a turban like hat and hold a blank envelope to his forehead, and proceed to say what was contained within.
He is a mentalist (or thought reader). His performances dazzled audiences with hilarity, drama, and wonder.

Kenny has had a long, very extensive, and very successful musical career. He formed and sang with the group ‘Jay and The Americans’ throughout the group’s 11 year history. This group had the distinction to open for The Beatles on their first US appearance, and for The Rolling Stones on their first US appearance.
He was the music supervisor for the movies Eddie and the Cruisers, Animal House, and American Hot Wax, and for Saturday Night Live for 2 years.
