And yet Dr. Wayne never fails to continue to remind us that we are also in the people business. How so?
We are pretty sure that our patients do not telephone us in order to schedule their appointments. And rarely do we observe our patients driving their own vehicles in order to arrive here for an appointment. When we ask questions about a pet’s health, it is almost always the owner who responds. And most banks and credit card companies that we know frown on dispensing checks and issuing credit cards to pets.

We very much enjoy seeing our clients when they come here or they talk to us over the telephone. We really like our clients. We like to talk to them. We like to interact with them. And most seem to like to talk to and to interact with us. Many of our friends have come from our clients. How good an example is this - Dr. Wayne met his wife through a client friend arranged social engagement (true story).
Our clients are very important to us. We will continue to strive and to work hard to make you happy & content in our relationship. If we find that we have failed you or let you down in some way, then we will try our very best to remedy the situation. We care. We really do.
