We strive to provide for you a high level of veterinary medical and surgical care, and this delivered with good & current science, caring, skill, and compassion. We will try to inform and to educate you, as best we can, at all steps in the process and delivery of this care.

We believe passionately in preventive care, and we will try to share and endear to you this knowledge and concept. We want you to learn to understand and to believe that preventive health care is best for your pet. Because your pet depends on you for nearly everything, we want to teach you to provide a high level of wellness care, according to your ability. At virtually every opportunity you give us, we will try to teach you preventive care techniques, methods, and information.

Our patients (your pets) are important to us, and their care givers (you - the clients) are important to us as well. If we find that we have failed you or let you down in some way, then we will try our very best to remedy the situation.
